At first, the top notes in 44ºN delight your nose with fresh, zingy citrus aromas of lemon and Grapefruit.

Next a blooming floral body punctuated by jammy facets of bitter orange and warm pepper round out the middle notes.

Finally, the base notes. Tangy with alexanders and orris and the sweetness of honey ensures a sweet yet musky long lasting effect on the tongue, holding the end nicely as floral and citrus notes mingle delightfully together.

The botanical magic of the handpicked neroli flower, leaves, twigs are delicately extracted in meticulous form and expertly layered into 44°N Gin’s signature botanicals of Rose Centifolia, Jasmin, Verbena, Lavender, Mimosa and Cade, for a joyous bright symphony.

TO SERVE

3 servings to be poured over plenty of ice - as a Negroni always should be - which is just the right amount for most connoisseurs. Garnish with a wedge of orange.

INGREDIENTS

44°N Gin, Campari, Carpano Classico

28.5% ABV. 1x 200ml

Our take on the blissful-bitter Italian aperitif, the Negroni. We balance 44°N Gin with bitters and vermouth which creates a traditional base and as you would expect from Comte de Grasse we add something special - a subtle verdant and sweet top note from Mimosa.

TO SERVE

Place large ice-cubes into rocks glasses, shake the chilled cocktail bottle well and pour over the ice. Stir. Garnish with wedges of orange. Santé!

44°N Gin, Vermouth, Bitter, Mimosa Natural plant extract.

31.7% ABV. 1 x 250ml

RinQuinQuin, in the Provençal language, means ‘invigorating drink’. We have invigorated this Martini by using a peach wine instead of vermouth, adding a touch of Verjus and a long stir to create a delicate, elegant French twist on a classic.

TO SERVE

Chill the cocktail, shake well and serve in chilled Coupette glasses. Garnish with twists of lemon peel. Santé!

44°N Gin, Elderflower Liqueur, Peach Aperitif, Verjuice, Natural plant extracts.

31% ABV. 1 x 250ml

The area around the Mediterranean Sea is famous for growing Agrumes (French for citrus). We have created this golden version of a Gimlet by encapsulating our juicy and fragrant lemon distillate with clove, ginger and almond notes of Velvet Falernum.

TO SERVE

Chill the cocktail and shake before pouring into chilled Nick and Nora glasses. Express some oils from lemon peel over the the glasses, then discard. Santé!

44°N Gin, Velvet Falernum liquor, Lime Cordial, Lemon Distillate.

29.3% ABV. 1 x 250ml

Adapted from Harry’s ABC of Mixing cocktails, this ‘Parisian’ showcase puts vermouth front and centre, supported by 44ºN gin and a sweet French-delight, Crème de Cassis.

TO SERVE

Chill the cocktail, shake well and pour into chilled Nick and Nora OR coupette glasses. Express the oils from lemon peels over each glass and garnish. Santé!
